Eligibility & team formation

 Teams from select B-Schools & Programs will be eligible to participate in this competition
 The competition is open to Second Year/Final Year students specializing in Human Resource
/ Personnel / Industrial Relations Management of the flagship MBA (or equivalent) program
 A team will consist of a maximum of 2 students; A student cannot be a part of more than
one team
 All member(s) of a team should be from the same institute

 There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute

Competition Rounds & Dates

I. Registration : Teams to register on the link provided on or before 12th Nov 11.59PM

II. The case will be sent via email to teams post registration (within 48 hours)

III. The competition has two rounds –

a. Preliminary Round : Teams to send the solution on or before 20th Nov ’19
11.59PM on the link that will be shared with registered teams via email

b. Finale : Shortlisted teams will be invited to Colgate India Head Office in Mumbai to
present to the Leadership Panel (tentative date of Finale - 28th Nov – 1st Dec ’19)

Prizes & Rewards

 PPIs for Top 3 teams of the Finale

 PPI process and PPI results by in Dec first week(tentative)

 Offers (if extended) will be for Colgate’s flagship Management Trainee Program (BLP /
Business Leadership Program), Batch of 2020 for Human Resources (HR)

 Certificates & opportunity to present to Colgate Leadership Panel for Finale qualifying teams
