Good day to you and to your family, we from store number 1235 to 1255 would like to

appeal for reconsideration of the rental price increase rate. In the past years, you have increased

our rentals for a reasonable price and we are hoping you could do the same this year. Currently

you are increasing us 35% of our rental rate and we are hoping we could meet halfway, to at least

15% worth of rental increase, which would be much reasonable and just. We have done business

together for many years, and we value our business relationship. May you grant our appeal so we

may all have a continuous amiable business for a very long time. God bless you and your family.
