Grin TORCHLIGHT

Flames in the Void:

Place a Candle in front of each Player.
Light each Player's Candle when the game begins.
Extinguish each Player's Candle as each Player's Character dies.

Torches:
Each Player begins the game with a number of Matches, from one to a dozen at the Master's
behest.

A Player may spend one of their matches by lighting it from their Candle. A Match may be burnt
in this way to avoid drawing a card, or to force another Player to draw an additional card.

Kindling:
When an Ace is drawn, that Player receives a match. The Ace is removed and never reshuffled.

Corspelight:
When a Character dies, four non Face non Ace cards are removed from the deck, they are never
reshuffled.

Player's whose Characters have died may still use their unspent matches by lighting them on
another Player's Candle to make that Player draw an additional cad or avoid drawing a card.

The Soldier, the Thief, and the Fool

The Master may give Players an archetype, if they wish it.

The Soldier gains a Match if they draw two face cards in a row.
The Thief gains a Match when another Character dies.
The Fool begins with twice as many Matches but cannot use them on themself.
