402,200.00), salaping Pilipino na ang pagbabayad ay katulad ng sumusunod:
a.) Na sa sandaling lagdaan ang Kasunduang ito, ay ang IKALAWANG PANIG na ang
siyang magpapatuloy ng Pag-IBIG Fund housing loan ng UNANG PANIG na may
Account Number sa Pag-IBIG 316295472216;
d.) Na sa sandaling matapos mabayaran ang nasabing lupa at bahay sa Pag-IBIG Fund
housing loan ng IKALAWANG PANIG ay may karapatang sasagutin ang lahat ng
kaukulang gastusin sa nasabing lupa tulad ng pagkuha ng kautusan sa korte, pagpapasukat
ng lupa, pagbabakod, pagbabayad ng kaukulang buwis at ang pagpapatitulo sa ngalan ng
IKALAWANG PANIG;
f.) Na ang UNANG PANIG ay tumitiyak sa IKALAWANG PANIG na ito ay may lubos na
karapatan at pagkamay-ari sa nasabing lupa naligtas sa anumang sagutin at pananagutan.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
That the SECOND PARTY hereby agrees to purchase said premises at said consideration of
____________________________ (P _______________) Philippine Currency and to pay the
same as follows:
a.) That the execution of this Agreement, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P500,000.00) Philippine Currency which will be given to the FIRST PARTY and shall be
deducted to the Total Contract Price. This Agreement will be effective from the time it is given
to the FIRST PARTY;
b.) That after receiving the reservation the FIRST PARTY will do their obligation as well as
producing all pertinent legal documents for the processing of the said property until such thing
are in order;
b.) That the SECOND PARTY shall shoulder all the expenses incurred for the releasing of the
court order, survey cost, fencing, all taxes and assessments and processing of the title from
the date hereof and assessed and levied against said property;
c.) That when the COURT ORDER was released and given to the SECOND PARTY, they will
give the FIRST PAYMENT of the said property
