Desired Skills:
 Knowledge on Installation & troubleshooting of all MS windows operating systems.
 Knowledge on Install and uninstallation of service packs, hotfixes and rollups.
 Knowledge of windows update catalogue.
 Knowledge on Experience of Servers and roles like AD, DNS, DHCP and IIS etc...
 Working knowledge on exchange server
 Good knowledge on operating system backup, performance and troubleshooting skills.
 Basic hardware and networking knowledge.
 Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
 When appropriate, escalate issues to appropriate individuals based on established
guidelines and procedures.
 Provide creative solutions to existing constrains from time to time.
