The purpose of this study was to test of visitor’s performance and performance of Hortimart

Agro Center visitors. This research was conducted in the Hortimart Agro Center, which located

at Jalan Gatot Subroto 55 Bawen, on April 2018 - May 2018. This approach uses a quantitative

descriptive with a survey method by using questionnaires as a research tool. The sampling

technique used accidental sampling with 40 respondents. The collected data consists of primary

and secondary data. The testing data quality in this study uses validity and reliability test. The

analysis techniques in this study uses descryptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis

(IPA) and Cartesian Diagram

The results of the visitor satisfaction’s analysis with the IPA method (Importance

Performance Analysis) found that the average score of the performance level was 4.059375 and

the average score of visitor participation was 4.0225. Performance value> the importance that

has been made by visitors. Cartesian diagram shows quadrant I and quadrant III need more

important attention in my quadrant but on the performance side it is still unsatisfactory Visitors

and quadrant III has not been satisfactory both on the important and performance side. specifically

from related side to the achievement of business ventures.
