BLACK EAGLE
3000
OWNER'S MANUAL.

1. Introduction:

Congratulations on your purchase of one of the best auto security systems in the world. The BLACK EAGLE 3000 is an extremely effective , state-of-
the-art, automotive alarm system, that can protect your car from criminals and damages. And BLACK EAGLEs system will give you added
conveniences.

2. Operating Instructions:

Your remote controls are your main tools to operate your BLACK EAGLE 3000 security system. Your system has one recevier channel : channel "I" or
"II" arms , disarms and panics the system.

Arming:

To arm your alarm press button "I" or "II" for one second. Your lights will flash once and siren chirps once (if chirps are enabled). The status LED will
flash at approx. one second intervals. If you here three chirps when arming refer to "Diagnostics section". While armed the system monitors the doors,
valet switch , ignition operation , shock sensor and any additional openings or sensors that have been added to the system. The starter can also
optionally be bypassed while armed.

Passive arming:

(Programmable at time of installation) This option allows system to arm itself automatically 30 seconds after the doors are closed. The remote control
can still be used to arm system , if desired. You also have the choice of having the doors automatically lock or stay unlocked when alarm passively
arms, in either case the doors will lock if remote control is used to arm system.

Disarming:

To disarm your alarm press button "I" or "II" again for one second. Your lights will flash twice and siren will chirp twice (if chirps are enabled). The
status LED will stop flashing . If you hear four chirps when disarming refer to "Diagnostics section".

Panic mode:

This mode triggers a full alarm from the remote control. This allows you to attract immediate attention if you are threatened near your vehicle. Simply
press and hold the "I" or "II" button for three seconds and the siren will trigger and lights flash. To disable panic mode press "I" or "II" button for one
second.

Valet/Bypass mode:

This mode prevents the system from arming , either passively or with the remote control. It is very useful when washing the vehicle or having it
serviced. The valet mode can be also used to disarm system if remote control is lost or damaged.

To enter valet mode: 1- Turn on ignition, 2- Flip "on" valet switch. LED will light steady and you will be in valet mode.

To exit valet mode: 1- Turn on ignition, 2-Flip "off" valet switch. LED will turn off and you will be in normal operating mode.

Three chirps...........................Bypass mode (When the system is armed.)
Four chirps ............................ Tamper alert mode (When the system is disarmed.)

5. Diagnostics:

BLACK EAGLE provides diagnostic capabilities to help in determining when an input is being or has been triggered, which can be very helpful in
troubleshooting.

If the system is armed while an input is triggering , three chirps will be heard and the LED will flash in groups of two (shock sensor) or three (door
inputs). The three chirps are deleted with chirp delete, but the LED indication remains.

When the system is disarmed after being triggered, it will chirp four times, and the LED will again indicate the source of the trigger. The chirp delete
option does not eliminate the four chirps. The system will remember the trigger, and chirp four times each time it is disarmed, until the ignition
activated.

6. Code Learning.

The alarm's control unit learns the remote control's code upon hooking up power to the alarm.

IMPORTANT: if power is disconnected, upon reconnecting power, press button #1 on the remote control to disarm the alarm. This will code the
alarm's control unit to respond to the remote control.

If after having your car serviced or your alarm does not respond to the transmitter, disconnect your vehicle's battery and reconnect it, then use your
transmitter to deactivate alarm.
