functionality among different marketing teams. The organization is
focused around 3 core principles i.e. increasing operational efficiency,
promoting collaboration, and boosting performance.

Located in an area where people are skeptical about experimenting,
Sardar Ji Meat Wale stands boldly, and with grace. Stuffing it's
patrons' lives with experiences which are fuelled by the hoped of a tasty,
delish, and a mouth-watering future. Sardar Ji Meat Wale, offers a taste
of India's indigenous culture and heritage to it's customers.

Plan of Action and Implementation:


•Posting weekly blogs about the venue to spread the word about the
place.
•Preparing a social media calendar for managing social media
promotion.
•Preparing and posting advertisement material for online platforms
such as Instagram, Zomato etc.
•Creating a brand identity.
•Promoting blogs.
•Rebranding of the client on both online and offline mediums.
•Valentine's Day: Celebrating Valentine's Day with customers.
•Holi Week : Offering 20% Discounts, and one + one free offers
throughout the whole holi week, and also offering a packet of holi
voucher to all the customers a day before the festival.
•Women's Day : Donating 20% of the restaurant's sale on the woman's
day to a woman empowering NGO.
•OFFLINE PROMOTION: Printing Pamphlets or flyers for promotion
in locality.
•BLOGGERS MEET: Organizing a bloggers meet for social media
promotion and getting reviews to increase the reach.
•INCREASING CUSTOMER DATABASE: Through this we will work
towards capturing visitor’s personal information (eg. Email address,
phone numbers). So this information can be used to construct a list of
targeted customers who can be tracked down by bulk SMS to give
information about special discounts during special occasions.
•SOCIAL MEDIA CONTESTS: For building a rapport and to
encourage engagement online.
(For eg. A photo caption contest where the most creative comment can
get a coupon that they can redeem next time they visit the restaurant)

CONCLUSION:
The campaign will not only escalate the visibility and positive reception
of the place but will also work towards positioning the brand
differentially among the audience.
