Nowadays lots of people enjoy taking pictures. Some of them are professional photographers,
while others consider it as a hobby. (вступление 2)
Actually, our life is full of bright events and unusual moments that’s why people take pictures to
capture them. For example, weddings, the birth of a child, visits to different countries, starting or
leaving school are much photographed /ˈfəʊtəɡrɑːf/. (2)
Taking pictures is more popular today because practically everyone has a camera built in the cell
phone. To be honest, digital cameras are very easy to operate. It’s great that you can look
through your snapshot (снимок) immediately and if you don’t like it, you can delete [di´li:t] it
and take another one. In the past most people could not even afford [əˈfɔːd] a
camera. Moreover, the process of taking pictures and printing them was very hard (difficult,
time-consuming). (5)
As for me, I am fond of photography and have got a professional camera. The best photo I have
ever taken is the photo of the Eiffel [´aifəl] Tower which is the symbol of Paris. I did it three
years ago during my summer holiday. (3)
