Reference: Dumpsite reclamation at Mulund dumping Ground (MDG) in Mumbai by suitable technology for
existing garbage dump.

Dear Ma’am,

This refers to the work of Dumpsite Reclamation at Mulund Dumping Ground that entrusted to M/S Bio
mining India Private Limited vide MCGM P.O. no. 4100045843. As per the tender condition of tender
document Part II 31. Documents forming part of Contract. That is submitted to M/S Bio Mining India for
signing are hereby duly singed and stamped and submitted herewith for further process.

In furtherance to that we would like to bring to your notice that sanctioned by Hon. Municipal Commissioner
under Number – MGC/F/9545 Dated 03/07/2019 and Number – MGC/F/9950 Dated 08/08/2019 regarding
change in payment terms and change in start date for the commencement of the project respectively, shall
be the part of the contract.
