What Is It For

The Hard Rock brand has left its mark throughout the history of rock and roll itself, all because two cool
guys wanted to open a cafe for everyone. What Andy Warhol called "the Smithsonian of rock and roll,"
Hard Rock Cafe has always brought people together around good food, a vibrant atmosphere, and, most
importantly, a love of music.

Two guys created a place in 1971 where rock stars could rub elbows with truck drivers, enjoying roadside
cafe food while listening to the music they loved. The first cafe started out strong in London inside an old
Rolls Royce dealership

Classic tee
The shirt soon became the uniform for rockers all over the planet. Hard Rock Cafe London might
have been the first, but we didn’t stop there. Amsterdam, Orlando, Barcelona, Moscow, Lagos,
Munich, Dubai—no matter where you’re from, there’s a Hard Rock Cafe shirt with your name on
it!

First Live Music

The first live performance there was Sir Paul McCartney making his public debut with Wings. Something
as epic as a Beatle debuting his new band was something only Hard Rock Cafe could host. Without hard
rock is not a rock café we claim it.

Mission
This mission is a simple one. We want to improve lives through the greatest power on the planet—the
power of music.

SOME LUXUREIES OF BACK ROOM

Few would expect to find an understated and music-orientated hangout in the heart of Mayfair. Tucked
away on Old Park Lane, The Back Room goes about its business of serving up world-class pizzas, classy
cocktails, and great times within an intimate rock ’n’ roll haven.

The decor includes a variety of Vintage and iconic items, including copies of Melody Maker circa 1971 and
an original poster for the WHO, alongside a customized confession booth that forms part of the seating
arrangement. The piece de resistance, however, is a door from the famous Apple Studios, signed by none
other than The Beatles.

But the bar also has the sustenance to match the style! Boasting a great selection of pizzas and an
impressive array of adventurous cocktails, The Back Room offers the complete package.

Locations
The Hard Rock Café managers are very smart about where to put the Cafés. The Hard Rock Café is
located in each capital city of the 42 countries where they are now, spread all over the world. You can
also find them in the cities of main importance, which makes multiple Hard Rock Cafés being in one
country. They can be found near important buildings, such as stadiums, shopping malls and city centers.

Target
The Hard Rock Café doesn’t have one specified target group. The main lovers of the Hard Rock Café are
people who love (hard) rock music and their merchandise.
When walking into a Hard Rock Café you will see all kinds of ages, from young to (sometimes very) old.

Concept
The Hard Rock café is absolutely meaningful. It is meaningful for a group of people who love rock music.

they used paper bags that were recycled from old paper so that they don’t need paper that came from
the rain forest.

It is easy to communicate. During the day the café puts slow music on, which makes talking easier.
When artists perform in the Hard Rock Café, customers don’t mind when they can’t hear each other,
because they come to see the artists. It is also easy to communicate in the shop of the Hard Rock Café,
while you here rock music on the background.

The Hard Rock Café is certainly interesting. When you walk into the café you feel like you’re in a
museum. Everywhere you look you see interesting and nice stuff and products that you simply don’t
know where to look first.

On the walls you can see, signed stuff of artists who have performed in the café. For example you have
the guitar of Eric Clapton in London.
