The generic title "crimes against freedom" is quite imprecise. You have to think about what
difficult to define freedom, among other things, because it covers very different areas and
because very different attacks against it are imaginable. We can have an approximation to
concept of freedom from a psychological, political, moral, legal perspective, and in any case
usually add, that freedom can be affected in any of its many facets, in fact, it is observed how
there are chapters of the Penal Code where we find different facets of affection to freedom.
We could say that within the crimes of freedom certain behaviors that certainly affect some

PENAL TYPE
When a person did not commit the crime and they blame the penalty will be for ninety days
of fine according to the seriousness.

PASSIVE SUBJECT
