The department of management at Addis Ababa University has world renowned faculty
members, who are active in providing research, consulting, and training services to several
private and state-owned enterprises to help in the development of our country. The research
focus areas of our faculty members span Corporate Governance, Leadership, Strategic Human
Resource Management, Marketing Management, Operations management, and International
Business and Marketing Strategies

Furthermore, several of the faculty members have tremendous experience in undertaking major
projects in entrepreneurship development, new business development for existing firms, and
customer service management. Our faculty members have also developed strategic plans and
business development solutions for several companies including micro, small, medium and large
enterprises in Ethiopia and other parts of the world.

Due to our international network of partner universities, international researchers, and other
international actors, we have developed extensive research and collaboration network, which
enables us to provide research and consulting solutions that will scale up Ethiopian and
International businesses both locally and internationally.
