Company statements

Top Management has established company statements that serve as drivers

for implementing and improving the company’s QMS. The established
company statements shall serve as the framework for establishing the
company quality objectives and targets. Should there be expected changes in
the business direction that may affect the QMS, the management shall review
these company statements for continuing suitability during Management
Reviews.

The Department Heads shall also synchronize all efforts in the planning,
organizing, leading and controlling operations in order to create and maintain
dedicated and quality-oriented employees. The company statements shall be
consistently communicated within the company including subcontractors and
other interested parties to enhance customer satisfaction.
