Language:
 English or Portuguese (no mixing).

Sequence of Presentation:
 cover
 acknowledgements (optional)
 abstract (PT and EN, max. 250 words, with aim, contents and conclusions)
 4-6 keywords (PT and EN)
 index
 lists of tables, figures and abbreviations
 main text (less than 80 pages)
 references
 supporting info, if available (less than 100 pages)

General rules:
 white A4 paper
 white cover with color printing
 font type: Arial (or similar)
 text printed in black
 spacing 1,5 lines
 font size: 10 points
 footnotes: use moderately with 1 line spacing and font size 9 points;
 margins: 2,5 cm (right, left, top, bottom)
 page numbers: arabic numbering, bottom of page, centered or right justification
 no header/ footer except for page number
 for XXL figures (>A4) fold in A4 format and include as supporting info
