How to Reactivate the ECN User Account & Password
4- Contact 877-0135
2- The system will ask the user to choose one (1) or two (2) for choosing
the language.
3- User has to enter the mobile number that registered in the user record
in the ARAMCO database. It should be starting with Zero 0123456789
(10 digits)
4- Enter the last 6 digits of the user ID (EX123456)
5- Enter the last fordigits of national ID Iqama or passport.
6- After verification the code (6 digits} will be sent to the user mobile then
should be entered.
7- If all the information is correct the password will be sent to the user
mobile.
Please note:
1-The ECN user account valid for one year and should be renewed by the User
Account Administrator/ CSL or ISA Proponent.
2-The ECN password is valid for 3 months and can be renewed by the
contractor himself from the ECN Page.
3-Once the request of Reactivation is approved a notification email will be
sent to the user notifying him about the account has been reactivated.
3-Extranet Users don’t have to come physically to Saudi Aramco’s office.
4-The password will be sent to the user's mobile number upon resetting it.
5-Once you reset the password to an extranet user, they will need to change
it through XManager website by accessing
http://xmanager.aramco.com.sa from Aramco network or accessing
ntto://xmanager.aramco.com from the internet.
