Dear Sir,

We humbly ask for a favor from your good office to please allow us to rent some cultural
costumes of your folkloric dance troupe. Our School, Cogon National High School will be
the one to represent the Division of El Salvador City in the upcoming Higalaay Chorale
Contest this coming August 22, 2019 at Centrio Ayala Mall. The school currently doesn’t
have any costumes to use hence this request. We need 17 female costumes and 8 Male
Costumes for this event. We promise to take extra care of the costumes and rest assured they
will be returned in the same condition as borrowed.
