FACTS:
On February 6,1904, the accused were the director, manager, writer, editor, and
proprietor of a newspaper named Revista Cat�lica, a weekly organ of the Centro
Cat�lico," did willfully, unlawfully, and with malicious intent to prejudice,
Manuel Fernandez Yanson, published and printed in the said newspaper.

Judge made a judgment on March 1, 1905, condemning Federico Ortiz to pay a fine of
P200 and one-third of the costs of the suit, the remaining one-third de oficio. The
condemned parties were remanded in custody until the payment of the fines imposed
upon them.
