In every continent in every country for every single human being in the whole wide world the

most essential thing is health. When we say health we are talking about both physical and
psychological wellness. If there exist some problem on our health ours and peoples around us life
will turn in to a crises. Health is something that can’t be measured by gold or money, so we got
to protect it by any means before any disease or distortion happens. This means taking immediate
action when something concerning happen and nowadays technology has been in a great place
that it can play a vital role for the society. Within in medical area technology has been evolving
in varies branch of medical streams. In Ethiopia we can say that there is not much of
technological evolvement especially within health area. There is lack of information and
guidance that peoples are facing tremendous difficulties of getting reliable information and
assistance such as getting a specific health center that is known on specialized area, the location
of the health centers, emergency contacts, getting first aid advice or urgent solutions for urgent
problems etc. To solve this and other problems we think to design a website that can locate
Ethiopian health centers and give some vital information that are concerned on health.

1.1 Requirements of the Proposed System

1.1.1 Functional requirement
The functional requirements of the system are concerned about the major activities that the
system has to perform. Functional requirements describe the functionality or service provided
by the new system: Some of them are: -
 Viewing disease information: This feature is used by the user to view the disease
information. They are required to open the application then click diseases information
button and select disease they want to get information about the like symptom, cause and
protection mechanisms.
 Getting hospitals information: This feature is used by the users to view the hospitals
information that are found in Ethiopia. They are required to open the application then
click hospital button and select regions that they want to search hospitals information in
and select the hospital name they want.
 Viewing health center locations: This feature is used by the user to view the locations
of the health center. They are required to open the hospital button that hailed health
centers. The system should be provide location based information by providing over
highlight information about health centers.
 Get the path of the health center: This feature is used by the user and the system are
required to open the map that hailed health centers .The system should be able to display
the path of the health centers from the current position of the users.
 Viewing first aid information: This feature is used by the user to get first aid
information .They are required to open application then select first aid button. Then the
system should be display the choice of the first aid type and their information.
 Admin login: This feature is used by the admin to login into the system. They are
required to enter username and password before they are allowed to enter the admin page.
The username and password will be verified and if it is invalid the user is not allowed to
enter the admin page. The system should provide the login page and verify user name and
password. The system also must be able to logout after they finished using the system
 Adding disease information: This feature is used by the system administrator to add
new incoming disease information and infected organ .They are required to open the
application then select add disease button and fill the form and submit to the database.
Then the system should be able to notify successfully added message
Delete disease information: This feature is used by the system administrator to delete
disease information and infected organ .They are required to open the application then
select delete disease button and fill the form and submit to the database. Then the system
should be able to notify successfully This is the second phase of our project entitled
Online Civil Registration System. In this phase we are going to verify brief aspect of
phase one, and describe the phase two parts; detail description of chapter four which
focused on Object-Oriented design and system containing class diagram, deployment
diagram, state diagram, and persistence modeling diagrams, and chapter five which
focuses on System testing and system implementation. In general, in this phase we will
describe detail of our system design and implementation.
