First, turn on the spectrophotometer, and
1. wait for 30 minutes or until the
spectrophotometer is ready to use.

While waiting the spectrophotometer,

2. turn on the computer.

And then open “UV Pro” apps on your PC.

Next, press the “F4” button on

spectrophotometer to connect it into
4. your PC. And don’t forget to click
“connect” on your PC device too.

When it was already connected, choose

“spectrum” on your device. And then click
5. “edit” and “method” to adjust the range
of wavelength.
6. Back to spectrophotometer, now, prepare
the cuvettes or test tubes. And then fill
the first cuvette with the blank(water),
and fill the other one with sample liquid.
Don’t forget to wipe the outside of the
cuvettes.

After that, put it on the spectrophometer,

next to each other. Don’t forget to close
7. the lid after you put the cuvettes in.

And then click “start” on your device.

Wait until the scanning is done.

9. Last, click “Peak Pack” to show the

maximum wavelength.
