Limitations
1. Inaccurate in results as Education level
of some workers are limited therefore
they might take help from other people
which will not give their personal
thoughts.
2. Results contains bias as every staff has
different point of view.
3.Difficult to take the surveys from the
workers as the business operates in
Orissa.
4. Language can be the issue while
interviewing as the workers are from the
nearby locality.
Solutions
I could ask them personally to ask me if any
they have any doubts about the surveys, so
they don’t take help from other staff
members.
I will take a big set of readings so I can take
the average responses.
I can use messages or mails for sending the
surveys to each staff members I want to
interview.
I can take the help staff who can help
translating all the responses the workers or
the managers gives.
