each business relies on intangible assets for uniqueness of their business. it is settled that IPR has
gain importance from both national and international level. With the growth in technology and
science, protection of Intellectual Property Rights is significant enough for economic growth of
any nation. In the present era, Knowledge is the most valuable asset and the same can be exploited
easily. Thus protection of this knowledge is crucial for any country.
