Below is the basis steps to do the MDM refresh which is also called archive to unarchive process also. We can
follow the below procedure.

Steps:

1. Unload the repository first.

2. Move the newly created archive file from "\\usil100014mdsp\MDM_Server\MDS00\mdm\archives" (Latest

production archive) to "\\usil100014mdsq\MDM_Server\MDS00\mdm\archives"

3. Open console and mount usil100014mdsq.ndc.lucent.com

4. Right click on the server and select unarchive. Select archive file... Database is MDQ.. Password - you
should have. Repository Name: MDQ_Products_Q310

5. If you get a prompt select overwrite. And start the process.

6. Once done - load the repository.
