2. In Para 7, is suit filed by Green Warrior civil or criminal suit?

Clear from the analysis of the facts given under moot proposition.

NOTE:-

1. Hon’ble Supreme Court, exercising its inherent power, has

clubbed both the petitions on the basis of the same cause arising
from the same transaction of incidents.
