That, in the afternoon of April 4, 2019, I filed a complaint against Ms. Leonora Sy Casas, producer
and host of the show, SALUDO, aired at PTV, for _______________________;

That, after months of no update nor feedback regarding said complaint, I realized that the
complaint will just be futile;

Thus, I am withdrawing my complaint against Leonora Sy Casas from your office;

That, I likewise request your office to remove the complaint form I signed and submitted.
