Course Description
In this three week course we will develop the tools and techniques
needed to begin or further your journey to living a healthful life. You
will learn how to take control of your thoughts and actions, move and
feed your body properly, and create an environment for your soul to
thrive.

Course Structure
This three week series will be taught in a small-group, classroom
