) I will do is to ask some opinions and knowledge what should we do to make this
finacial difficulties solve. That won't have a downside and will make the company
step by step clear the problem of this financial. I will seek on to other people
for help for what should I do to help this company. That will not affect other
people jobs if ever I find some solutions I will prefer or seek to everyone if its
fine with them. I will sacrifice everything to make this financial difficulty stop.

2.) I will confront the person who is undermining on what he/she problem to me,
I'll tell him that if he/she wants to take the responsibility like mine he/she must
be first learn how to respect you co-worker. Because if he/she has the ability to
take the responsibility that I'm taking up, I could teach him/her its all about
helping each other but first he/she needs to learn is to apply the ethics in self.

3.) I will choose for what's better for me and what will I be more. Because its
part of our lives that we need to choose only one what will be the best for us and
what could work for better self. I will thank the company for the experience,
learnings and knowledge that they gave to me. This is the new beginning for the new
company and new experience on what will I be. I'll take up the chances that the new
company gave to me.
