Sub: Complaint against complainant Sh. Rajesh Kumar, S/o Late Sh. Hari
chand, R/o D-218, Budh Nagar, Inderpuri, New Delhi for criminal
threatening, Intimidation etc.
Respected Sir,
1. That applicant herein is resident of House No. 7/187, Swaroop Nagar,
Kanpur, U.P and and living with his family.
2. That false FIR No. 135, dated 27.07.2011 was lodged by the
abovementioned complainant against the applicant herein at PS EOW, Delhi
and applicant has been falsely implicated in the said case by the complainant.
3. That applicant is facing trial in the above mentioned FIR in Dwarika Court,
New Delhi.
4. That complainant has a grudge against the applicant and wants to settle
the score and due to the same reason applicant has been threatened by the
complainant and his accomplice Anil Bhasin and associates that if the
applicant appeared before the Court at Delhi than he will be assassinated.
5. It is pertinent to mention that applicant herein has paid all the
outstanding amount due towards the complainant or has discharged his
whole liability towards the complainant but notwithstanding the aforesaid
fact the complainant is bent upon to harass and extract more money from
the applicant under the garb of the aforesaid FIR and for the same he is
leaving no stone unturned.
5. That applicant apprehends threat to his life and liberty and his family
members also. In view of the aforesaid, applicant is unable to appear before
the Courts in Delhi.
In view of the above, you are requested to take my complaint in you record
and take appropriate legal action under the law against the complainant Sh.
Rajesh Kumar and also protect the life and liberty of the applicant and his
family members.
