OTHERWISH KNOWN AS TH “ANTI-MONEY
LAUNDERING ACT OF 2007", AS AMENDED
Be it enasted by the Senate und House of Representatives of the
Philippines ine Congress assembled:

provisions of this Acs, are hereby repealed, ameniled or modfied
accordingly
SEC. & Bifectinity. — Thie Act shall take effect fifteen
(18) devs following its publication in the Official Gazette or
in any newspaper of general sirculation.
