1. IT Road Map for 5 Years, Infra and Security.

As organization is running on legacy network and every Organizational unit was working isolated so
management don’t have controls and reporting status by any means and same has been approved by
leadership, I have taken further the approved road map to reality.
2. Phase I (2014-2015)
a. Creating robust and High availability Security Architecture of DC and Network.
Problem Statement: Data and application was predaceous locations where management
of data and application was challenge and the application availability was not guaranteed to
Business users. Frequent downtimes were99 wasting company’s investment on manpower
and productivity.
Benefit: To bring the data and application centralized and keep It secure for high availability.
This has increased availability and supported business 24x7
b. Implementation of Datacenter firewall and creating single point internet entry.
Problem Statement: Multipoint unmonitored internet connectivity across locations. Was
a threat, this was creating business machines on risk, continues virus attacks and data theft
incidences.
Benefit: To keep the data safe centralized monitored internet was implemented with high
availability and made the business machines safe form direct virus attacks and increased
satisfactory user experience to High. This has increased availability and supported business
24x7 safer productivity.
c. Implementation -Datacenter and consolidation of Distributed Application and
Infra.

Problem Statement: Still there were many Business application for CNC was spread across
location, the same problem was there to manage and support these application

Benefit: To keep the applications and data safe centralized manner with monitoring all
applications migrated to the datacenter for high availability and increased satisfactory user
experience to High. This has increased availability and supported business 24x7 safer
productivity.

d. Implementing - of MPLS Network for Single service provider.

Problem Statement: Still there were many challenges for network connectivity and
uptime was extremely bad as all locations was working on VPN on open internet. Network
uptime was hitting organizations productivity and was in very bad shape is about 50%-60%
and heavy latencies
Benefit: To increase uptime to 90%, I have migrated all VPN Connections to

with alternate service provider.

a. Sunset of windows Terminal Services and implementation of VDI.
