Q1 Why did you decide to become a teacher?

Ans I was born a teacher. It might sound very trite, but I was. I have a brother couple of year
younger than me...I would rush home every day and teach him everything I learned. I have
had many experiences in my life and each one has made me a better teacher.
Q2 Why do you want to teach in our institute?

Ans I always wanted to work in the institute which gives a lot of importance on good teaching
practice. I really appreciate the way you dedicate attention to each and every student. I
believe I can provide the same dedication and prioritize teaching over everything else.
Q3 How can you communicate with students?

Ans I will create an environment for students to be in discussion with me rather to take it as a
formal lecture.
Q4 How would you prevent the use of mobile phones in your class?

Ans As a professor, I would explain the students that I find using phones in class disrespectful
and I would appreciate if students refrain from doing so.
Q5 What is your weakness?

Ans I am not really good with numbers. To help myself cope up with this, I use MS Excel
exhaustively.
Q6 What are your strengths?

Ans Teaching is something I really enjoy. I am very detailed - oriented. Also, I make sure that I do
not miss any important thing in my research.
Q7 What is your vision for the future of students?

Ans It would be my responsibility to make them and exposed them to the market so that they
may get hired as soon as possible and in this way i'll teach him with practical exposure of
field.

Ans If this is the right job for me, I am sure we can come to an agreement on salary.”
