What has been useful about the programme?


I have attended quite a few leadership programmes, but this is the first time I find that he program
has opened my eyes and ears to a whole new world of leadership quality concepts. Everything
seems so relevant to me, and this is what I have been longing for all the while.

In what ways could the programme be improved?


For me, the programme is already quite flawless. I only wish that there are subsequent sessions
(ie intermediate and advanced levels) for us who have attended this round. That would bring us to
another height of leadership and communication skills.

What impact will the programme have on your future practice?


Whatever I have learned in this course appear to be very useful in stimulating my thinking, and
enabling me to reflect on myself (and what I have done so far) in enhancing my leadership role at
NUMed. With good leadership skills and appropriate Emotional Intelligence, I foresee myself able
to contribute more efficiently and this will naturally mean better outcomes in communication,
working relationship, productivity and achievements for NUMed in the days to come.
