The ‘Declaration Form’ is also attached ‘The concerned advocates are requested to download the Declaration Form from the website of Bar Council of India or Bar Council of Delhi and submit the same (completed in all respect) along with the documents as mentioned in the Declaration Form itself and two photographs (one to be pasted on the Declaration Form and another to be attached) to the offices of Bar Council of Delhi (at Siri Fort or High Court or Tis Hazari Court) through their respective Bar Associations. Or Advocates can also submit the Declaration Form directly to the offices of Bar Council of Delhi.
