An ideal teacher

By Raheel Shah
The heading of the topic might cause reader to think that the writer with his itsy-bitsy thoughts will tell
him that ‘’How a teacher should be?’’ Nay, that’s not the place the writer wants to steer him.
The writer is quite cognizant of stale thoughts of people about this topic, so there for, he has thought of
sharing some of his personal experience regarding this topic.

In Government College Kalimori the writer has found an aptycock teacher. In a name, Akram sheikh.
He is a man of twenty or so, on the other hand, he is not only tall and handsome, but also a narcissist
and an egghead.
Even being an egghead, he never seemed to be a haughty man like other teachers.

While in the class, he has been a thriving, a pedantic, an attentive and an amicable teacher and
therefore, nary student has had dare to sleep in his class. His Attic style of teaching and plethora a
activities became a provoke for students to speak English in the class and too out.

Here the writer admits that he cannot live without poking his nose, so therefore, he says, ‘’now comes
the dividing line between other teachers and him’’. The thing that made him unique from other teachers
was his optimistic thoughts withal the encouraging attitude that neither did he taunt any students on
speaking wrong English, nor did he discourage any students like other teachers, never!

At this moment in time, again the writer says, ‘’the teachers of strict behavior are sometimes detested
by students and therefore not respected’’.
Au contraire, for our future makers, but who understands the reason behind their sternness.

This is not the point where the topic is to end, but yet there is something on which the writer wants to
hammer home, He has seen professional teachers in surplus, but he didn’t find a single like Mr. Akram
sheikh moreover their English and the English of Akram sheikh was so different.
Over and above, his English was byzantine like no other, his circumspect vocabulary lasts no where on
Earth and the accent with fluency talks with the air.

At the last, but not the least, the writer says,’’ Mr. Akram sheikh, with the dent of his know-how and
with the passage of time made the place in the hearts of students’’ and, on the whole, In Government
College Kalimori, he has not only been an ideal teacher but also an Ideal personality for students and for
writer.
