Conclusions

It is important to highlight the importance of learning outcomes


in this work because it allows us to develop capacities against
different problems in the work and legal environment, to know
different laws and regulations that protect the worker from
dismissals without just cause by the employer and the employer
You can use these rules and laws to fire an employee if you
have made a mistake or are short of performance or health; but
always doing it under the legal instructions of the norm.
A worker who acquires a non-professional disease, is exposed
to the possibility of losing his job, for the different causes that
were exposed here, because in many cases the employer does
not think about the possibility of giving him a different
assignment but simply, if it is the case, indemnify him and
terminate his employment contract.
Now, once the worker has been reinstated to their laboratories
the employer decides to terminate the employment contract, in
my personal concept it can be given for several reasons, one of
them perhaps because the employer considers that he no longer
needs the services of this employee and the other because he is
surely thinking about the consequences that they have had and
that later on may have a relapse that merits a disability again.
