My name is Gemma. Im a stay-at-home-mom to a 3 little And Im here right now
aspiring to be your admin assistant :)
I would say that you can rely on me when it comes to lead generation. A year ago, I
was hired as a admin assistant to a newly built real estate investor company in
Wisconsin Area. My tasks include building list of preforeclosures and probates
properties in WI area. And after lead generation, i will find the owner of the
property and its mailing address. All data and updates done are in Google sheets
for easy collaboration. sometimes I did some mailers for probates and private
lenders list. If needed i also do skip tracing for phone numbers. Im using free app
for skip tracing ;) Thats all for now.
That was my first time to work in a real estate company. Everything was new to me,
specially the terms like wholesaling, comps, arv.
Im still working for them part time, like 4hrs/ day since my boss is busy with his
other businesses and he cant focus yet with real estate.
