8. Certified that the house rent in case of ordinary rent claimed for the subordinate officers
(accommodation) subjected to vacate at any time on posses sing a suitable Government
accommodation and the rent claimed

rent incurred by the incumbent concerned, is within the scale from time to time.

11. Whom house rent allowance of rent – free quarters is claiming have actually incurred
expenditure towards residential accommodation.

from April 2015 to August 2015 in r/o C .Guru Sekhar Reddy, HC 233, working at Proddutur

and having HRA of 20% and not Claimed in regular pay bill. Hence the claim not

preferred previously.
