a) Progress on the fencing—total requirement/work done/pending.

b) Availability of additional land--- south preferred
We can have a look at south side and also east side and then take a view
c) Progress on temporary jetty---- work completed and pending. What is the time for
completion. We can have a look also.
d) Temp road.---------- how much is now left to complete. Schedule and constraints.
e) Land filling progress-------- cumulative done by dumpers and volgates. Overall plan and
schedule. EPC side also to be involved
f) Status of piling works--------- on the additional test. To take stock of how much piling can be
done on a monthly basis (work piles). Materials situation--- stones/cement/rebar.
g) Daily progress reports from site. Photographs for critical work.
h) Progress reports from SPL. To discuss on the present dykes including the height and area if
we require newer areas. EPC to clarify the design of dykes
i) Compaction of filled area. Certification of compaction from EPC site
j) To check with EPC team on the overall plan for the BOP area and its development--- timeline
k) Discussions with EPC side specifically on the constraints and concerns
l) Preparation for monsoon and also on the PPE equipments/ sanitary situation at site
especially EPC containers. (do they meet with the DoE clearance)
m) Shall also like to visit where you and others stay at Banshkhali.
