Senior Front-End Developer

Job Description
Role: The Front-End Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software
programming applications and components. Works from written specifications and pre-
established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of
process flow.

Our Current Stack

• We have not yet jumped ship and still write code using JavaScript ES5 or 6
• For styling, SASS is our go-to but most of the existing style sheets are written in good
old CSS
• We use HTML and Handlebars.js to produce semantic templates
• DOM operations are performed with jQuery and we also rely on customized jQuery
UI plugins
• Modules and files are loaded with RequireJS

What We Are Looking For

• English Communication above 70%

• You are an expert in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• You have experience building complex React-based Web solutions
• You know your way around building and bundling tools (Webpack)
• You are experienced at interacting with REST APIs
• You love to use your experience to solve hard problems
• You are a teacher at heart and enjoy passing down your knowledge

Nice to Have

• Experience with CSS preprocessing (SASS)

• Experience Building responsive UI’s
• Experience with test-driven development.

Compensation:
Compensation consisting of base salary and benefits package will commensurate with
experience.
