Dear Everette

I understand that to date your company, Twin Otter Holdings, has not been able to come
up with the IDERAof both of the Airborn aircrafts (PK - BAA & PK BAC)in which we have
made a deposit of USD200,000. It has already been three months from the date that we
have made the transfer and from the latest project development reports so far that I have
received, there is and will be the possibility of an indefinite delay period for us to use the
afore mentioned aircrafts.

I would like for you to return our deposit within 5 working days. We will also invoice you
on the penalty of the lease on non- delivery in a separate document which include among
others operational costs, hiring of new personnel and other expenses.
