Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career again, what would you do differently?
I would pay more attention from day one.

2. During performance evaluations, what criticisms do you hear most?


The constructive criticisms as they help us improve and strengthen ourselves in
error.

3. Tell me about your last position?


It was about the last deliverable, it was excellent since there was great mastery of
the subject.

4. What is your work philosophy?


Work in team.
5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?
I have acquired unparalleled knowledge through training, which has allowed me to
have an appropriate technical language.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.


Dr Santiago Posada is definitely unmatched; He is charismatic, human and has a
sense of belonging to the company and its collaborators.

7. What were the most memorable achievements in your last position?


Public domain and assertive communication.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?


I want to have new knowledge and experiences in a different place, since in this
current job I know all the processes.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning to make things
better?
Each phase taught us to improve the next deliverable, that is, almost every three
months there was a new challenge.

10. If you are very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
I want to learn differently.
