Am I a justice person? Before answering the difficult question, let us define the meaning of justice.

Justice can be define as many things but when we look at ourself it can be define as fairness in the way that

people are treated. Other than that, justice of a cause, claim, or argument is its quality of being reasonable, fair,

or right. Justice can also be seen as If you do yourself justice, you do something as well as you are capable of

doing it.

Fairness in the way that people are treated. How can I elaborate this meaning to myself. As for example,

if my friend is sad and in need of me I need to help him/her but at the same time actually me myself is also sad.

Is it fair for me just to ignore my friend and keep on thinking about myself? Would my friend treat me the same

as I will treat him one day when I also in need of him/her. For me I will love to help others in need even though

at a certain point me myself in need of help.

Besides, lets see justice through cause, claim, or argument is its quality of being reasonable, fair, or

right. I want to see this through myself in an organization. As an example, I am not responsible for a certain task

but because I have experience in those stuff, I need to help my friend to complete the task. If when the task is

being completed there is a problem, who would take the blame on? Who would be responsible to take the

credit if the task is successfully completed? For me myself, I love to help others in an organization to ensure that

other see the organization is strong, good and trustable.

Last but not least, how about if you do yourself justice? You do something as well as you are capable of

doing it. Let’s say if I am on a work interview. Before the interview, I study a lot about the company and question

that will be ask but in real I don’t know much about the things. Is that justice to everybody that would love to

have the job but because lack of skill, the did not get the job. For me myself, I always want to have the best

option for me no matter what I need to do. There will always a room for learning to be better.

As conclusion. I am a justice person if I thought about it myself. For others, they have right to judge me

whether I am a justice person or not. I will always try my best to be a better person and a person that can

comfort others. At the same time which can also comfort me myself.
