Important Notes and Instructions to Candidates and Colleges/Institutes:-

1. The Time Table is Tentative and Competent Authority reserves the rights to make changes in it as
per the need. It is the duty of the Candidates and Colleges to verify the Latest Time Table On-Line
on www.mah-llb3admission.in, www.mahacet.org, in their own interest.
2. Updated Time Table will be displayed on the web sites www.mah-llb3admission.in and
www.mahacet.org . No new notices will be published for it. The Changes in the Schedule will be
highlighted in colour.
3. It is expected of the Candidate and Colleges that they keep track of the latest announcements/Notices
regarding Centralized Admission Process and follow the instructions given therein. The Candidates
and Colleges should visit the above mentioned web sites frequently to update themselves.
4. All Candidates are required to upload the original documents enlisted in the Information Brochure
and produce the Original document at the Admitting College while confirming admission for
scrutiny and verification.
5. The Admission Committee duly set up by the Principal of College will verify the documents and
match them with uploaded document before confirming the admission
6. The Admission Committee will maintain the daily Log/Proceeding of the verification which will be
countersigned by the Principal of the College on daily basis. This log will be called by CET CELL
in case any court case arises regarding admission in a particular college.
7. Since Admission Process is Merit Cum Option based Admission, Candidates are advised to give the
Options very carefully and judiciously verifying the credentials of the Colleges/Institutes.
Candidates should give options to their choice colleges in sufficient number.
8. All Candidates are directed to download the CAP Information Brochure and the Approved College

 list and study it carefully before filling in the Option Form. The Options once given will be binding
on the candidates for First Two Rounds. Candidates have been allowed to edit their options before
the commencement of the Third Round. Candidates are advised to read the Third Round Allocation
Notice Carefully
9. Prior Approval of Competent Authority for Institutional Round is required. Colleges will submit
vacancy position to the Competent Authority. All colleges should take a note of this.
10. Candidates should study the Type (Govt/Aided/ Unaided/Minority) and Nature of
College/Division/Intake Capacity before giving the Option to the College.
11. Principals of the Colleges will be responsible for the verification of the documents and matching the
documents in original along with uploaded documents and Finalization of Admissions in their
Colleges. If any discrepancy in Academic Merit is observed by the College, they should direct
the Candidate to Edit the Option form at relevant time as per scheduled current Time Table and
Information Brochure. In no case wrong admission is to be confirmed by the admitting college.
Colleges will be solely responsible for the wrong admission.
12. Colleges & Candidates should read Notice No.07 for Institutional Level Round [ACAP Seats] &
Management Quota Seats Displayed on website.
