firm.

Since 2016, Thomas has played a key role in the development of Agincourt Financial Limited particularly with
regards the firm’s focus upon managed model portfolios.

Thomas now personally holds a substantial equity stake in the firm and played a fundamental role in growing
assets under management for Agincourt Financial from October 2016 to a peak of circa £32 million.

Thomas currently holds two Financial Conduct Authority control functions (CF1 & CF3), linked to an appointed
representative firm of Agincourt Financial, which has a strategy to introduce new business to the model
portfolios.
