Purpose of event: Brand launching in Hyderabad
General Idea:
Our basic idea is to organize a obstacles based games show experience
in which we will organize different stages of obstacles that our participants would have to go trough and who ever would get chance to win a exclusive designer shoes. We would consider Gamification control to our crowd. Social media hashtags and other methods would be created to hype up the event, and social currency would be considered, we also put a mirror which will instruct people to take picture and post it on their social media to win a surprise in which we may provide some coupons/Discounts or promotions so that they can visit our outlet again in future.
Whole purpose of creating the experience event is to show people that
our products are not just stylish in look but they are durable for different types of terrains and surfaces as well as to create awareness among the people of Hyderabad.
