March 15, 2018 To whom it may concern, tis my pleasure to recommend Catherine Whitford for a seat in the registered nursing program at the University of South Florida. Catherine is an operating room care technician for the operating room at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. Catherine came to work at our hospital in June of 2017 with no medical experience. With her positive “can-do” attitude and ability to quickly grasp difficult and abstract concepts that exist in the operating room, she has evolved into a valuable asset to our department. Catherine consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of her and is already a role model to newer team members. She demonstrates superior care to patients that are assigned to her with particular attention to detail.
