The topic of doing regular exercises is very popular on young people.

Many of them go to the


gym or practice sports in a club because they know the benefits of doing it.

One of them it related to lifestyle. It’s proved that doing regular exercise helps to release the
stress of work or studies, therefore you can do it efficiently. Furthermore, it helps to assimilate
the information of the day to day, consequently you can keep concentrate on your classes or
work.

The other benefit it is related to our health. The first is about our attention span, that is crucial
for students, that makes us to think more clearly and understand the classes better.

Nevertheless, there are some drawbacks that makes difficult to students to do it. Most of them
work all day and study at night, as a result they can’t do exercise regularly or they don’t have
the enough money to pay it.

To sum up, regular exercises help us in a lot of ways, but not everyone can do it, whether due
to lack of time or money.
