Professor,Assistant Professor, Librarian and Director C.D.C.(Pay scale as per U.G.C./ U.P. State Govt. norms)
in the various academic departments of C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. The duly filled application form should
reach the "Registrar, C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur-208024"through Registered/Speed post on or before
10th Dec. 2019. The prescribed Application form, qualification along with the specialisation, experience and

Duly filled up application form alongwith a demand draft of Rs 500/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates
only) in favour of "Finance Officer, C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur" payable at Kanpur be submitted. In case of
large number of applications, the University may adopt any rational process of short listing.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1- The Applicants who have applied earlier against advertisement no. 245/2018 dt-19-06-2018 for
the same post need to apply again.
2- Attested copies of academic documents/Certificates and claim for reservation quota must be
enclosed with the application form.
3- SC/OBC/EWS/UR stands for Schedule caste, Other Backward Classes, Economic Weaker Section
and Unreserved categoryrespectively.
4- The no. of vacancies may increase or decrease. Separate application form should be submitted
for separate post. University has the right to fill or not fill the post advertised.
5- Applicationsshould be sent to "The Registrar, CSJM University, Kanpur-208024" by
Registered/ Speed Post. Name of post applied for and advertisement no. must be indicated on
the top right of the envelope.
6- If employed, the application be forwarded through the employer.
