Sub: Bid Identification No. 01/Tender/2019-20 Construction of Shree Setu & Jagannath Ballav
Piligrim Center (JBPC), Puri on Turnkey basis
Reg: Clarifications on the bid document subsequent to corrigendum dated 26.10.19

1. Please clarify as to which shall be considered as the HFL & HWL for the Shree Setu Project?
Can we consider the NH starting point of Shree Setu as HFL?
2. Please clarify if air conditioning is a must for the shops/vending areas of MLCP & Pilgrim
Centre.
3. Could you please brief the nature of shops/vending spaces in the market complex?
We understand that most of the shops/vending spaces in the MLCP & Pilgrim Centre will be
mostly used by the pilgrims and visitors where as the market will be mostly used by locals.
Are we to accommodate fish stalls & vegetable shops in the market complex?
4. It is not clearly expressed in the corrigendum regarding the internal walls between the shops
of MLCP and JBPC. Please clarify.
5. Is t mandatory to have covered enclosed parking for two wheelers or can it be in stilts and
covered on top with sheet roofing?
