- Structured Trade Finance Section
- SWIFT and Correspondent Banking Section
- FX Section
- Accounts Section

Head of Department
- Monitor Trade Team Operations and Sales for Trade Finance products;
Letter of Credits, Collection, Guarantee, International Remittance, Export LC
- Supervise whether process and procedures are in line with international practice like
UCP, URR, URC, URDG, ISP, ISBP
- Establish correspondent banking network with important foreign banks
- Manage NOSTRO accounts and replenish if required
- Check current financial news and FX deals
- Monitor CBS functions for support of business operations
- Report to management for unusual cases
- Train staff to improve working capacity
- Prepare documentation like application forms
- Create office instructions for Standard Operational Procedures
- Prepare Work Flows for operations
- Drive for sales promotions and extend customer satisfaction
